The Crocker House Country Inn (Rm 3)

The location, grounds, and the inn itself were all very nice. The homes nearby, out on the point, were beautiful with bay views. Unfortunately, on the night we stayed, there was a large wedding party dining in the restaurant. Our room was downstairs, right next to the kitchen and dining area, so it was not a quiet evening. We could hear the diners conversations, people using the restroom, and the wait staff shouting “corner” each time they came out of the kitchen. It was a night we wanted to turn in early, but weren’t able to due to the party. Had we known this, we would not have chosen to stay there. I’m sure it would have been a lovely stay, if we had stayed there to take advantage of the inn’s dining and bar areas. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the inn was just not what we were expecting.

What a beautiful place! Owners and staff are very kind and helpful! True vacation with no tv in rooms!

The Crocker house has been a family favorite for three generations of our family! You can’t find a better dinner in the area. Under the leadership of Josh Noddin, the Inn has become a hallmark of the area. We had fabulous meals and comfortable accommodations during our stay!

A gem of a spot away from all the traffic of Bar Harbor and still close enough to see the sites of Acadia. Food here was excellent… don’t miss out on the peach cobbler, if you’re there while peaches are in season. The room was comfortable and clean. My husband was surprised there was no TV in the bedroom, but I was glad for the reprieve! The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and stress free. Joshua, Rachel, Kyla and Dana made our stay superb!

The staff at Crocker House is about the finest we’ve ever encountered! The friendliness together with the top tier service made for an incredible stay. As with the service, the food is amazing!
